Therapy is an investment of time and money. Understandably, taking time out of your already busy schedule to talk to a stranger does not sound appealing. Many of us believe things will get better if we just persevere, that eventually the anxiety or stress or conflict will work itself out, and some times that is true. Other times we need support and that is where therapy comes in. I am an honest, candid therapist who’s overall goal is to get you to a place in which you no longer need therapy and feel empowered to take on life and all it’s challenges.
