You May Notice These Patterns in Your Relationship

  • Conversations quickly turn into arguments.

  • One of you pursues while the other shuts down.

  • Small disagreements become much bigger than they should.

  • You're having the same fight over and over with no resolution.

  • Trust has been damaged and you're unsure how to move forward.

  • You feel more like teammates managing life than romantic partners.

  • Resentment has begun replacing understanding and connection.

How Couples Therapy Can Help

Most couples don't need more advice.

They need a different way of understanding what's happening between them.

In therapy, we'll identify the patterns that keep pulling you into the same arguments and help you develop healthier ways of communicating, repairing after conflict, and reconnecting emotionally.

The goal isn't to eliminate disagreement. Every healthy relationship experiences conflict.

The goal is to help you feel understood, respected, and connected—even when you don't see eye to eye.

Whether you're struggling with communication, trust, emotional distance, or recurring conflict, therapy can help you move from feeling stuck toward feeling like you're on the same team again.

Working With Me

I believe most couples aren't struggling because they don't care about each other. They're struggling because they've become trapped in patterns that leave both partners feeling unheard, misunderstood, and frustrated.

My role is not to decide who's right or wrong. My role is to help you understand what's happening between you, communicate more effectively, and create a healthier way forward.

I bring over 12 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Together, we'll focus on practical tools, honest conversations, and meaningful changes that can help strengthen your relationship both inside and outside of therapy.

My Approach

I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help couples better understand the patterns shaping their relationship.

Many couples assume their problem is communication. More often, they are caught in recurring cycles of misunderstanding, defensiveness, resentment, or disconnection. Therapy helps identify those patterns and create new ways of responding to one another.

Together, we'll focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, strengthening emotional connection, and developing practical skills that support lasting change. My goal is to help you move beyond simply managing conflict and toward creating a relationship that feels more connected, supportive, and fulfilling.
