About KVB Therapy

The best part of what I do is sparking change. I want to help people achieve a higher quality of life with more joy and empowerment. My highly personal, non-judgmental and collaborative approach to therapy helps clients achieve change and address the complex qualities of life. I am an honest, to the point therapist with no preconceived notion of what you “need” to do. You are the expert in the room, my role is to support, offer insight and suggest changes that could be beneficial. In the end, you decide what is right for you.

My passion for supporting those striving for more in life and my own personal experiences with anxiety merge together to create my unique approach to therapy. I understand what it is like to wake up several times a night wondering what I forgot, what else do I need to add to my do-to list. I have worked in jobs that drained the life out of me and made me question my career choices. I know what it is like to navigate challenging relationships and wonder “is it me?”. I know what it is to have to push through your day when all you want to do is crawl back into bed and not face the stress and anxiety of the day. Through personal experience and years of providing CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) I have gained the skills, insights and tools that help manage my anxiety and stress, allowing me to pass this on to you as a client. I help clients take charge of their lives, make their well-being a priority, and learn to control their anxiety by making positive changes to their lifestyle and way of thinking about the world.
